I really had to resist typing FHD + TPH = BFF; because I rarely show restraint. But, I didn’t want to freak Angela out. You know how many stalkers there are in blogland!
For those of you who do not know Angela of The Painted House, I am so excited to introduce you to this chica.
First of all, she is super multi-talented.
Secondly, she is super witty.
Thirdly, she is a gifted artist.
And her blog will inspire you, there is no doubt about that!
I am constantly delighted at the friendships that can be fostered in blogland. The creative and lovely people who blog, just so happen to be creative and lovely in person too. Talented bloggers help you to grow and be inspired, and good friends should help you to grow and stretch and think.
Angela has done just that. I have ditto-ed her interiors. And she even inspired me to redecorate my husband’s office {on-a-dime} as a surprise.
I was breezing through her neck of the woods last Thursday, and she was gracious enough to meet me in downtown Atlanta.
Meeting Angela was a joy. She was sweet and kind and lovely and fun. Angela, you inspire me to take a risk {maybe even two; I am working on it!}. And not only that, you share fantastic inspiration/links with me, like this one, which had me and my husband staying up to the silly hours of the night…. giggling like school children.

That is hilarious about you and hubby with awkward family photos–we did the same thing one night recently. It’s sooooo nice to have a good laugh…at someone else’s expense. 🙂
