Take your little TV tray, lightly sand, coat with a primer and then paint to coat with black enamel paint. Be sure to use the enamel style paint. It will give the tray a thicker, finished, furniture look.

In our newly-built laundry room, we had a small, blank wall. There was not enough room to put an interesting piece of furniture, or even enough viewing room to enjoy a painting.
I love practical solutions, so I decided to install these fantastic cast iron hooks, like pretty maids in a row. We use them all of the time for hanging things to dry or for hangers.
